1. 1 lb large shrimp, peeled, divined
2. 1 tbp cooking oil
3. 8 Red chili
4. 6 Garlic cloves, smashed
5. 1 tbsp fish sauce
6. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
7. 1 tsp sugar
8. 2 cups Basil leaves
Method1. Heat oil over medium heat, when oil begins to smoke add garlic and chili.
2. Add shrimp and blend together until shrimp started to cook.
3. Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. If it’s too dry can add a little bit of water.
4. Add basil leaves and toss vigorously until Basil is wilted
5. Transfer shrimp mixture to a platter.
6. Serve with basil leaves alongside
